WHAT GOES ON

All of our T-shirts have been produced by hand using screen printing methods. Our T-shirts are of the highest quality, with no nasty textures and no ‘crazing’ of image when stretched or washed.

We recommend you wash your tees at 40°c and use no bleaches, ensuring your tee stays as fresh as the day you bought it. Only the best natural fibres have been used to create our cotton tees.

SHOP IN SAFETY

Arcane projects online allows you to shop with confidence. You may purchase our designs safely and securely as we use paypal to process our payments. You can use all major credit and debit cards to purchase, or pay through your own paypal account - you do not have to be a paypal member to purchase our goods.

When proceeding through our checkout service, customer details are processed and passed on to our payment gateway provider, Paypal.
Payment information (credit card / debit card details) - is processed solely by Paypal using secure payment methods - we do not store or have access to this information.
Paypal inform us whether your payment has been successfully processed or has failed. The details of customers who have orders pending or do not complete a transaction have their details removed automatically after 60 days.
Your information may be used to help resolve any problems with your order (such as postal problems, payments not received, etc.) Your details may be passed on to third parties (eg. post offices) in order to resolve these problems.
Information about your order may be passed to Paypal, if requested, in order to resolve any payment processing or order delivery problems.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Please note that any tee's ordered via the free delivery option, will not be refunded should the item fail to arrive. Un-received orders are very unlikely, but we do recommend you use a recorded/trackable service.

Uk Standard Delivery

Free Uk delivery when using our Standard delivery option. Items will be sent via Royal Mail. Items should arrive within 2-3 days after you receive a confirmation of postage email.

THIS SERVICE IS NOT TRACKABLE.

Uk Signed For Delivery

Uk Signed for delivery costs £2 and a further £1 per additional item. Sent via Royal Mail, your items should arrive within 2-3 days after you receive a confirmation of postage email.

THIS SERVICE IS TRACKABLE and SIGNED FOR.

Rest of the World Standard Delivery

Our Standard delivery costs £4 and £1 per each additional item purchased. Items will be sent by Royal Mail Air Mail and should arrive 7-9 days after you have received a confirmation of postage email.

THIS SERVICE IS NOT TRACKABLE.

Rest of the World Recorded Delivery

Our Recorded delivery costs £8 and £1 per each additional item purchased. Items will be sent by Royal Mail Air Mail and should arrive 7-9 days after you have received a confirmation of postage email.

THIS SERVICE IS TRACKABLE and SIGNED FOR.

NOTE: If you are unable to accept delivery of your order you will be left a card with contact details. You will then have SEVEN DAYS to rearrange delivery. If you do not do this your order will be returned to us.

RETURNS

Arcane Projects accepts any returned items if returned within 7 days after delivery and only if goods are in a NEW AND UN-USED CONDITION with original packaging. Items are returned at your own expense and you can expect a full refund or a replacement item. After receiving your returned parcel we will take the appropriate action and either send you a new item or refund your money (minus delivery charges) within 30 days.
